HIGH SCHOOL & BEYOND PLAN (HSBP) REQUIREMENTS
- Complete a professional resume
We do not have a specific template required for the resume. Students are welcome to show their individuality in their resume. However, the resume should be professional and ready for them to use when applying for a job. Students who do not have a professional resume will not be marked complete for the overall HSBP requirement.
- Complete 20 hours of Community Experience
Students should submit their Community Experience Time Log for approval by January 31st. of their senior year.

The criteria for approval:
-Hours may be counted beginning in 7th grade
-Hours must not be during school hours or paid
-Name and contact information for the community mentor must be complete
-No signatures are required from community members
- Senior Boards Conference
Seniors will be scheduled for their conference in the spring. Each senior will be given a 15 minute appointment. Seniors will discuss the six questions listed at the bottom of the first page of the HSBP. Conferences will not be timed or require an evaluation rubric. If a senior has all components complete and responds to all six questions, they have fulfilled the requirement.
Once a senior has completed their Boards and met all requirements, they need to submit their High School & Beyond Plan and Resume.
