Fit for Fall is a cross training program perfect for any Jr or Sr High School athlete needing to get in shape before school starts.  This program is designed for any athlete including cross country, soccer, football, tennis, etc not just those whose specialty is aquatics. Cross training will include both aquatic and land based circuits, cardio, and calisthenics. The program will be held on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 4:30-5:45pm.

Session 2     Class: August 1-August 17
Registration: Saturday, July 23, 2016            9:00-11:00am
