Country is a sport for anyone interested in running: from the very
competitive athlete to the athlete that is trying to get in shape for
another sport. The common misconception is that you will have to run
beyond your ability level. This is not true! Each athlete is evaluated
and then given a workout that best suits him or her. We compete at
Wildwood Park, running over forest trails, across streams, and on
grass. This sport is definitely for the athlete looking for a
challenging experience.
